just dont mind discarded u can really do anything about them because those shares not real for you because when u are mining actual block there are other blocks mined same time from same pool so when u fully mine block it sees that there was another block which is already mined so it u cant mine it and miner sets it as discarded

you cant get rid of discarded shares, because when you accept share to mine block there are other shares accepted same time for other blocks on same pool, that means pool as whole entity is mining several blocks same time so when u finish mining block your miners sees that there are other shares and accepts them but they are already mined so miner sets them as discarded, imagine that you have hashrate of the pool you are mining with and you are solo in this case you find block mine it and you go to the next block which was found same time as previous block because nobody else mined that block so no discards

tho if you want to get rid of discarded shares you always can solo mine if you are alone nobody can mine block that you found also when you find block all of the coins there are yours

on other note you really should lower settings, temps are kinda high and  16k hw errors? i get worried when i have 1k but it's me
