Hi guys,
I have a bit of an issue.
on the 7th of December I sent BTC to my exchange wallet.
The transaction remained unconfirmed for roughly 10 days.
In that time it was pending in my BTC wallet on the exchange. At about 9 days it dropped off pending and went to completed.
Then on the 10th day it finally confirmed however the funds never appeared in my exchange account.
The exchange are useless, they don't respond. I have submitted several tickets. Now the BTC still isn't in my account and it's been roughly 4 days since it confirmed.
