No thanks, it's obviously a scam/fake because you can't guarantee 10-30 minutes. 4 blocks are expected during that time, and even if you somehow partnered with every pool, Solo CKPool or a solo miner could still grab 4 blocks during that time. Highly unlikely, but possible. There's also quite a few pools that I'm confident would never partner. Also, from your thread, it seems you want people to go first which is also very suspicious.
