Guys thanks for the comments while waiting.... i got my order shipped now just waiting to arrive, hope you can solve yours only i can recommend i made a ticket every morning till they solved me, anyways one of their support *chloe* was really kind and give me a solution 
Just as an update: mine arrived this afternoon. Unfortunate (and absolutely ridiculous) that the earlier batch would arrive later, but at least yours is sorted out. I mean, come on, Bitmain. Get your shit together.
