Hi I am having an issue with sending BTC from my Coinbase wallet to a wallet of a new ICO lending platform.

I am thinking I got got on this transaction. But I had a previous transaction to the same address that went thru with no issues.

Sorry I am pretty new to BTC buying/trading. Any answers would be greatly appreciated.
