Hi, I'd like to ask for your help with a BTC transaction (0.16288 BTC) I started last Thursday (14/12/2017 20:16:53).

I've contacted BTCMarkets and Binance multiple times but they haven't replied any of my emails or social media messages.

BTCMarkets shows that it's been processed but the deposit hasn't been recorded at Binance, and there's no trace of the transaction at

What else can I do to find this transaction? It's been five days and it's still "Transaction not found".
