I have the answer of my last post.I think it will be usefull for some people here.
In fact,the redirection link for EPL is broken on etherdelta.
To retrieve this market you must go in the coin list and choose OTHER.
Then,put the contract of EPL,EPL as name and 0 decimal.
After that you can see the epl market and transfert your token.

Yes, it`s true, there is a some kind of issue with EtherDELTA link and its support remain keep silence.
Meantime you can also trade EPL on IDEX market
