They've probably had thousands of support tickets about HTML5.  I don't know how many people work on their support but I doubt it's many and they probably find it impossible to answer everything.  There's over a thousand coins, so HTML5 probably isn't their No. 1 priority.  I hope they still do the swap or release the old coins, then we wont need to contact them about this.
