Whales are always accumulating STRAT.
Also noobs are selling,weak hands are selling. Just don't worry about these short term fluctuations. I assure you STRAT will be at over 0.002btc in January. 
If this happened I would finally be back in a position where I gained from investing in Stratis in terms of Satoshi's heh (bought in around 130k sats back in April or June?).
It's a bit disappointing to see Stratis dump harder than other alts during that bitcoin dip though when you consider that Stratis was only sitting at +2% today before the dip while other alts are sitting at 30% or more...
