I was on the first phase of the campaign and I joined last Dec. 1, 2017.

Now I want to joined on the second phase til Dec 30 but as stated , those who are participated in the first round must register again and you are not accepting new participants now. Can I still joined or is it closed for me now and will just wait for my payment on the first part?
