It's strange , I have 11100 coins and open for stake everyday . I have opent for several month and POS nothing.

your coin is too low right now if you need POS maybe 100k coin

I have just under 36,000 TZC and I have been averaging 800 - 1000 coins every 30 days. Lots of inputs (over 375) and over 500,000 coin days.

What does it means having a lot of inputs ??
I have only one... What should i do to increase them and what are the benefits ?

You can either create addresses and send 10k to each address or you can leave your stack sitting and your wallet will automatically split each input each time they find a block. After a while your wallet will have automatically split your stack into many inputs without the need to manually split. Manually splitting will speed up the process and get you more block rewards sooner.
