I think there are many ICO scams out there. My suggestion would be to invest in ICOs where you know someone from the TEAM (or has proven background).
Agreement is 90% ICOs is scam now but there are also many good ICOs which give a lot of money for you, important you have know how to choose a good ICOs, you can find out thread which guide the way to choose ICOs before investing. I think we needn't know someone from the TEAM of ICOs that want to invest in, you can quite find out it in the internet by google. Be choose ICOs that are experienced team in the field
