Hello, despite low volume and other issues, COSS experiences frequent deposit/withdraw issues too, several times I made deposits/withdrawals but not completed in time even with enough confirmations and in "Success" status on block explorer. Recently, I have requested three withdrawals: ETH, STX and BNT yesterday but none of them completed yet, all are just lying and not reaching to the destination addresses.

any update on this & did you contact their support with any success?
Well my deposit of 12.34 Waves is pending since 16 December, has several confirmations on blockchain and support isnt responding.
