The purpose of this post is to complete the Argentum giveaway and to announce some important news.

News
The Argentum Bank will be completed before the Digitalcoin Bank due to the availability of initial ARG capital. The ETA for the ARG Bank is 1-2 months. The bank will initially issue options at a price of 0.0003-0.0005 ARG/BTC. That means the bank will sell and buy back ARG at 0.0003-0.0005 ARG/BTC. This rate will change with the market, but only upwards.

The DGC bank will follow once enough capital has been raised to back the initial options offering. Both Argentum and DGC should benefit from an interlinking of the banks and the ability to purchase precious metals using the sister currencies.

Giveaway
Alpha had not completed the giveaway and 20,000 ARG still remain. I have chosen, with the help of the community, to assign them based on Quantum Meruit, or to whoever deserves them. Therefore, 10k ARG are reserved for bounties; and the other 10k for any community members that show merit.
