Reviving this thread, is there any cryptocurrency that is known to have a trademark or copyright on their logo?
I'm assuming 99% are free to use.
Frankly unless you plan on selling 10s of thousands of dollars of merchandise or more I wouldn't even worry about it. The chances of you getting sued are minimal even if by some small chance one of them is trademarked. They have to be able to afford to pay the lawyers with what they take from you after all...
