So I'm looking to purchase something from bitify but haven't used their service before. Has anyone used their service and can vouch for it?
I understand that they use some sort of escrow service but don't know how fool proof it is and how it works.
the website looks to be designed well but I'm a little skeptical.
I haven't used their service but I've seen enough reviews to tell that they're legit, not to mention they've been here in the community for years.

But please be advised that you are not dealing with bitify itself as they only provide a platform and an escrow service. In the end it is a peer to peer marketplace so make sure that the user you're dealing with is trusted. They have this guide which can greatly help you:
