Not sure where you saw that. My guess is that some people invested from countries where they are not allowed and they are being refunded.

I do not understand. Right now I was in the etherscan explorer to see what amounts Envion raised from the ICO distribution and I do not understand. The dollar amounts are only $ 20,153,044, equivalent to 24,667 Ether. Which is the explanation?

Can there be such a big difference between the sums shown on the etherscan explorer caused by the price volatility of the ether in the last hours? Is that possible?
