Contact the administrator of your wallet.  I believe they have contacts there.  This occurrence should be addressed by the developer and nothing else.  The best way is to find a way how to contact them at least.  My wallet always email me whenever a transaction under processed and notified me if it is successful if not, my bitcoins will be reverted back to my wallet.
