I don't think so since there is no terms that bonus points are convert-able into chips/money but you may try to ask them directly to above posted email.

Just wondering how many of you guys have registered on the site already?
I can see that there are Players online: 14 right now, but I don't know how many of them came from this forum.
So I registered here about 2 hours ago and then my friend registered and nothing from them at all. No confirmation email, no nothing. I understand a startup company, but I would at least be sure that the company I am starting has email and services that work.
You need to read the last announcement here, this site is getting close to the end. So probably they are not accepting new players anymore, that's why you did not get the confirmation message. Surprisingly they still let you to create an account. it should be better if they disable this because they are going to close the services.
