Are there any exchanges that allow it? I heard Bitfinex does, but also heard that they only allow conversion to USDT (and people were having trouble converting USDT into USD, unless this has been solved?)
Since you know Bitfinex allows it, I think that is where you need to direct your questions to or you just mail their support and wait for response. I am just hearing this option for the first time for direct conversion of BCH to fiat as against the common ones as BTC and ETH. When you find, do well to update so that others can benefit from your fact finding quest.
