A lot of people say that, if coin listed on Bittrex or any other big exchange the prices goes up and can survive, but you see there are also coins that have entered Bittrex or other major exchanges delisted due to low trading volume and some other reasons, so I think the coin can persist and the price rises not because of the exchange but because of the development of the project that shows to the good movement, thus ending up getting much attention from cryptocurrency fans.
