There is a new version 8.16 with updated cuda9.1 too, download now and update

In my experience, ccminer 2.2.3 from tpruvot built with CUDA 9.1 is slightly better than Klaus 8.16 built with the same CUDA 9.1. But i use linux, and i wasn't able to compile Klaus's cuda9 branch. Maybe windows version shows better results?
