How long should one wait after requesting a refund before opening a PayPal dispute ?
Dumb question but in what fashion are starting the first cancellation request to TH? is it through the contact support tab, on website,,,or direct email through the:
help@terrahash.com.....
Contact us -> create a ticket and pick refund. Hope they answer.
