One of your colluage(Anthony)  wanted me to send some screenshot of swift  and I replied the email in a ten minute with attaching the documents.
I do not know whether you have received the documents or not.
After that the ticket (1027663) was assigned to you .  Do you have any idea where the problem is .  To summerize the problem I sent 12000 Euro
but the deposit in the Kraken is 4500 Euro.
