Meditation is a way to relax our mind set. To give us a relief in any problems. Meditation gives us positive reflection to the things around us. During my meditation session, it relax my body and soul. I breath like I have no problem at all and gives me peace of mind. I felt that I'm in the middle of the mountain with fresh air and very silent environment. No traffic, no cars, no war, to fighting, etc.
