Please show me where I charge more in BTC/FIAT terms than Casascius does PER COIN for his dozen (12) half troy oz silver 0.5 bitcoin rounds. Include shipping costs in both scenarios. I've done the math, my coins are actually cheaper. That isn't anything against Casasscius, he can charge what he wants.
