No one government, no one company isn't interested to lose their money. They will not allow you to do this.
Why would government lose any money?
In EU there is free market. Goods can be freely traded. Energy distribution systems are country infrastructure like roads, internet cables , .... It is used today by many companies and from January 1st 2018 it will also be used by SunContract platform users.
Energy distribution systems collect a fee. For them is same if they collect a fee from huge electricity company or from me. 1 kilowatt is one kilowatt, no matter who owns it.
