Well, I think it will be on february or early 2018 or first quarter. Couple of months are only needed, I believe, for Bitcoin to reach a market value of 20000 USD. It is now stucked between 12000 and 13000 USD, playing dump and pump. Maybe it has todo with the season whereon transactions are high. So probably, after this month, it will be a continuous increase.
