The transaction fee in my blockchain wallet is $30 anyone know when it will become normal?

I sent $120 worth of bitcoin a few days ago and it costed me $45 worth of fees, this is disgusting.I dont have any problem about paying fees, because we know that it is needed, but why should i pay $45 of fees just for a transaction of a little bit more than one hundred dollars?? Why ??
Truelly this is annoying, when same happened to me, I tried not to put it into consideration, but when I was to send to my bitrefill around $30, I was charged $22 for my transaction fee. If there will be anyway to reduce the transaction fees, it should come soon.
Bitcoin fees are ridiculous. Holding is nice, but eventually people want to use it.
