I think the pollution of CAPP discussions into the CAP thread has been confusing to a number of people who are not fully aware and understanding that CAPP is completely separate from CAP and is not a replacement.

Without the inclusion of the verbiage I saw an opportunity to removed the old flattened, flared-edge, crafting bottlecap from the splash. It's iconic and remains in the UI, Icon, and everyplace online that bottlecaps has been mentioned in the past 4.5 years.
