ETH is a machine, it will keep going north for a long time to come, it's user base is phenomenal , 99% of ICO's are run off it's ERC20's.  You name it, it also has Cryptokitties clogging the shit out of the network.  I am personally waiting for CryptoPlaymates, then I will get on the bandwagon.
