Yeah, don't ask us to send you our tokens please, not a lot of people will do it, and I wont do it because I have a crappy experience. You should be able to just send new tokens to those who have HAT tokens in their wallets. Send them to the same wallet.
It's happening just as you stated. Your HAT tokens must be in your erc20 compatible wallet. The swap should be a seamless process and you'll get the IFS activated HAT tokens.

You have to transfer your HAT to ERC20 compatible wallet such as Myetherwallet and then just wait.
