I tried all the solutions and none of them fixed the issue. Researching it appears that the dll can not just be added to the win 7 sys32 as even if added the program will still error

Wallet works for windows 7 64-bit. Only issue appears to be wallet is stuck at 324937/324937 synchronization (62 Days 1 hour ago)

And a test send of ten tokens to the wallet hasn't appeared in the wallet in over 24 hours
