It is back already, probably there was server upgrade as you said. For the grand launch of the lottery, I think owner should add some mbtc on the prizepool so it will attract people to buy more tickets. As for now, the prizepool is not so attractive for most people because it is too low imho. Is there any features like what we can see at freebitco.in where we can earn free tickets by playing both dice and the faucet?
