Since my ticket was opened, I have got two email templates apologies for the inconvenience signed by Ryan Hentz.
Their excuse is "Not enough qualified personnel to face the increased amount of tickets". Should I take these people seriously?
Note my ticket is just for enabling my account, not recovering lost transaction or something out of space.
