Here are some problems that people seem to have overlooked.

1) It has been ages since the team started, yet the coin is STILL unavailable on any major exchanges.
2) All the stats that you see on the official website may just be mere numbers but not actual value of all the coins.
3) The communication is terrible, I compare it with a few other ICOs I participated in. Telegram channel is one way.
4) The Combicoins's value is 0$ on etherscan and the sender's address is:   0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000
5) No official updates on major developments, just random numbers and nothing solid.

Until I am proven wrong, I would advise to stay away. I regret having risked and gone to buy Combicoins.

Edit: Possible reason for it not being on any exchanges is because it allows the team to continue selling scamcoins since if it went on any major exchange the price of the coin would define its existence and would be self-evident.
