AFAIK , MyEtherWallet ( MEW ) is the best one.
For reminder , you still need careful especially when you're new investor and try to use new MEW interface because there are many people who spread out malware in order to achieve people's password ( JSON ,private key, etc )
ETH and all the altcoin's biggest strengths and weaknesses are the uniqueness of the private key, which of course is where the chaos of the blockchain goes.
