Apparently this is a fairly recurring problem of bittrex
I advise you to try the 2Fa, to create a new ticket by saying that your account is always disabled, and to join a selfie with the date of the day and the mention "bittrex", accompanied by the photo front and back of your Id card. The problem should be solved in the next few days

i never trade bittrex again
did you send all the receipts and the ticket you created was just a ticket for "account disabled" or a ticket for 2fa problem?
2fa tickets are processed faster normally
yes i do both way
