Racist remarks like this will not help your cause. The Chinese has nothing to do with the increased fees.... You should blame
the services and exchanges that does not want to implement SegWit. These include American services like CoinBase and
Bitpay and also online wallet providers, situated in the West. SegWit would make spam attacks on the network very expensive
and it also tackled scaling needs.
