I've got technical problem with withdrawing coins from my exmo account and support do not answer me for a week.
Is this okay or i should start to worry?
Exmo's account also do not respond PMs
The only choice is to wait for the response of their support. Here's their
main thread, several users are also waiting for the reply and some for their withdrawals to succeed. Most exchanges have the same issue of slow support (maybe they can't handle the volume).
Is exmo scam ? I wanted to deposit some BTC and cash out to EUR...
I suggest you to look for another option without withdrawal issues.
