I have a problem with my transaction like lots of people. Many of us are asking for acceleration, me as well. But after acceleration some of them me inclusive have still been waiting for confirmation

Transactions can be confirmed by miners as far as I know. And as far as I know some of the miners can confirm, but some can only accelerate.
My question is how to become a miner that can confirm a transaction?
E.g. I've installed Windows Bitcoin Miner, but I can't see any transactions, and accelerate and confirm as well. Should I buy some cloud contract or expensive equipment? Or with a right software, it is also possible?

Another question would be, who knows miners who can both accelerate and confirm transactions for a fee?
