I'm not aware of any whether they are inside or outside my country. Usually, you found ATMs inside malls and Supermarkets but not shops directly accepting bitcoin. You will have better luck searching online, there are some retailers like Overstock that accept BTC.

Because it doesn't just need the acceptance on transaction on the market because it is much need to have a full depth acceptance on the government system to fill out the system of Bitcoin or any crypto currency on transaction investment and tradings.
