I coverted my XUV to TOK but havnt got TOK im my wallet, anyone had this issue ?

Thanks, but I waited 12 hours now. I havnt received my TOK coins yet. I wrote to support but no answer.
On the website it shows that XUV is converted to TOK with 2:1 ratio.
I left the correct TOK address but still no trace of TOK in the wallet !!!!
Anyone had the same experience ? What to do ?
Update: I received my TOK after 24 hours. So I am happy I didnt loose them.
