SL have lost the 1st T20 match by huge margin of 93 runs . They got all out in just 87 runs chasing 181 to win . India did well with the bat and bowl to take the lead by 1-0 and put SL back in pressure . Indian spinners bowled well to curtail SL to this low score .

Even with Ashwin and Jadeja not in the team and India performing with a new team ,Sri lanka could not posses any challenge,India does have a good bench strength now and if they could replicate the same performance against top level teams then it would be awesome as they are on the right path building a strong team for the next world cup.

Yes,most of the top Indian players are not played then also SL not manage to win this match. Very bad for SL team.

BCCI is finding new faces to replace some old players in future. SL is not a strong team like old days so they give a chance to some faces in this tournament. Sri Lanka team must do hard work and come back to there form or else it will lose reputation in the cricket world.

It takes some time to build good competitive teams that's why you need to start in advance. SL also gave chance to play young players along with seniors but somehow they are not doing a good work.

Today is the second T20 match between these two teams. I think it will be very difficult for SL team to win against hot Indian team. SL team already lost their confidence level after losing so many matches.
