I don't think they would go for such a huge buyback every quarter but 'm not familiar with their policy.
Today Binance volume is 3 billion. If we take an average volume 1 billion per day and a fees 0.1%, we get 1 million day profit. If all people pay a fees with the BNB, it will be $500,000 per day or $ 45 million per quarter. With current price they'll buyback 9 million BNB. But I think that the price will increase.
