I invested about $3500 in bitcoin on 19th December, 2017. After that Bitcoin price has been decreasing and this decreasing is ruing non stop. Now I am in loss amount of $700. I am so much frustration with my investment

This is normal to bitcoin in which already happens so many times before that if the bitcoin will have a sudden price value drop it will be an opportunity of some holders to buy at the lower price again. I will buy much bitcoin if the price go to $14,000 to $15,000 because i believed this sudden dump was due to holiday seasons in which holders need paper money to spend and still believed by next year it will hit $20,000 mark.
