What happened to the SEA tracker? It disappeared from the website

We have found that the connectivity between the SEA servers and the EU and NA servers has been problematic.  The SEA servers will be brought down and new second EU  and second NA server is being brought up to redistribute the nodes across those servers.   The SEA server will be brought down shortly and the nodes will failover to the existing NA and EU servers.

If you are on the SEA servers, please run setup on your nodes and change the region to EU or NA. This may be done now or once the new servers are up.

This is part one of an infrastructure change (and a failover test).  Another notice will be posted later when the second set of servers are available.
