I've got a withdrawal issue too — i want to withdraw my cryptocurrency and get a 10325 error, it says i need to verify my account, but i verified it, no new letter was sent to me. I contacted support and got no answer for a week now. I also submitted my passport scan and personal info long before trading, but it didn't get me verified too. And now no one bothers to answer me what to do with that.
