Anyone have sucess using the telegram notifications?

config:
telegram.botToken = 47*******:AAFL*******************
telegram.chatId = 48******
telegram.postNewOrders = true

testing:
2017-12-22 07:58:45 INFO TelegramService - Telegram message sent - Bit***** - Your telegram is setup correctly

but I never received any notifications.
