sorry for bad my english i apologies for that
all we know bittrex disable many account including mine also
almost 10 million $ they block maybe more

as USA a law its illegal to use customer money or hold without any reasons
some people not access their money 3 month and some people 1 month
so its clear they use our money

so in that case i am outside on usa can i complain Seattle Police Department (206-625-5011) number? are they approve this case bcoz i am not citizen on usa
or make this case FBI?
please suggest me
